Intake

Before your first appointment at Senz, we kindly ask you to submit some information digitally in advance, allowing our practitioners to be fully informed and prepared for your initial meeting. Together, we discuss your challenges and determine whether Senz is the right fit to treat your anxiety or depression. We tailor our care and our treatments to your individual needs and goals. This way we ensure that we work effectively on your recovery. Especially if you have had previous unsuccessful treatments for persistent depression or anxiety. We help you regain control of your life, together.

Next steps

Careful coordination with referrers

We prioritize aligning our care and treatments with your referring professional, whether it’s your general practitioner or another therapist. With your consent, we consult them as needed and provide a summary report after the intake and upon completion of your treatment.

Your progress

Between treatments, we regularly check in to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed. These updates inform our ongoing treatment plans. We may ask you to complete short app-based questionnaires during your treatment.

Midpoint and final evaluations

Together with someone important to you, such as a partner, family member or friend, we evaluate your treatment progress. Midway through, we assess whether adjustments are needed. At the end, we review your experience and discuss how to maintain the treatment’s benefits.
