For Referrers

We prioritize collaboration with referrers to help clients together.

Treatment considerations

Clients prone to crises are also welcome; where necessary, we collaborate with partner institutions and the client’s own support network. We do not provide acute or 24/7 care. However, if such intensive care is required and is already being provided elsewhere, we can offer partial treatment in coordination with the client and the other care provider. We cannot initiate treatment if there is currently severe substance abuse, florid psychosis, or a severe eating disorder; in such cases, primary specialist (medical) treatment must be arranged first.

Referring Clients

We are accepting new clients and will schedule an intake in consultation with the client. Referrals can be sent to us via Zorgdomein or by email info@senzggz.nl.

Indications
Senz treatment is suitable for individuals over 18 years old:

  • with mood and anxiety complaints
  • who benefit from group treatment
  • who are motivated to follow therapy
  • who are willing to allocate time and effort for an intensive program—both during therapy sessions and for recovery outside of therapy.

Please include the following in your referral:

  • Date of referral
  • Referrer’s name and position
  • Referrer’s AGB code
  • Practice stamp and/or signature
  • Client details (name, address, date of birth, BSN number, ID number, email, phone, GP details)
  • Suspected DSM classification, e.g., mood disorder or generalized anxiety disorder
  • Insurance and policy number
  • Please specify that it concerns specialized GGZ

Waiting time

Senz started offering treatments for depression and anxiety in 2025. Our goal is to help clients as quickly as possible and provide them with a clear treatment plan. During the intake, we’ll work together to design the treatment. The treatment plan is finalized with the client during the consultation session. After that, we’ll schedule the treatment and the client will receive an overview of the appointments.

Waiting time until intake: 3 weeks
Once we have received the referral, we can see you within 3 weeks for an intake interview.

Waiting time until treatment: 6 weeks
After the consultation, the treatment starts within 6 weeks.
