Senz provides specialized mental health care to individuals with depression and/or anxiety for whom previous treatments have not been effective enough. At Senz, a team of experienced and dedicated professionals is trained in different and complimentary guideline-based treatments. Our approach integrates attention to the body, psyche, relationships, and meaning, considering them inseparably connected. By following an intensive program both individually and in groups over a span of five months, you initiate a transformation in your life.

Our treatment program includes psychotherapy, mindfulness, psychomotor therapy, and physical activity. Throughout the process, you will develop a healthy lifestyle tailored to your needs, become more active, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthen your social connections. The program combines individual with group-based therapies. It is an intensive treatment program requiring your commitment to therapy two days a week. Beyond attending sessions, we encourage you to be open to new perspectives and engage deeply with experiential processes to maximize the benefits of treatment.

Unique to Senz is the option to undergo Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) when indicated. During KAP, you will experience an altered state of consciousness through ketamine, opening you up to new perspectives and deeper, experiential processes. This therapy focuses less on talking and more on bodily and non-verbal experiences in the moment. This treatment has already proven successful in the United States.
