Referring Clients

We are ready to accept initial referrals if clients are (also) proficient in Dutch. Intakes are scheduled, starting January 2025. Please contact us via phone or email (info@senzggz.nl).

There is currently no waiting time for Senz.

Indications
Senz treatment is suitable for individuals over 18 years old:

• with mood and anxiety complaints
• who benefit from group treatment
• motivated for therapy
• willing to allocate time and effort for an intensive program—both during therapy sessions and for recovery work outside of therapy.

Please include the following in your referral:

• Date of referral
• Referrer’s name and position
• Referrer’s AGB code
• Practice stamp and/or signature
• Client details (name, address, date of birth, BSN number, ID number, email, phone, GP details)
• Suspected DSM classification, e.g., mood disorder or generalized anxiety disorder
• Insurance and policy number
• Please specify that it concerns specialized GGZ

Contraindications
We are unable to provide treatment if there is significant substance abuse, acute psychosis, or eating disorders requiring specialized (medical) care. Additionally, we do not offer emergency or 24/7 care. For clients experiencing severe suicidality that requires intensive care elsewhere, we can offer partial treatment in collaboration with the client and their existing provider.
